president of The SHOCKphilosophy Institute of Advanced Manifestation, announced the
virtual institute's plan to host a series of LIVE and automated telecourses to teach
spiritual seekers who are no longer being fed by traditional religion, revolutionary
and ground-breaking concepts in spiritual evolution and spiritual science.

According to Matthews, who founded the Institute in September of 2005, the acronym
S.H.O.C.K stands for Seeking Higher Omnipotent Conscious Knowledge and derives its
concept from proven universal laws/wisdoms to achieve significant leaps in personal
achievement relating to wealth, success and overall happiness. The philosophy
allows individuals to create what Matthews calls RSET "Radical Self-Evolution" - a
process that allows individuals to spiritually leapfrog from one level of
